Surviving and thriving after a devastating car wreck in 2004, Sally sustained a traumatic brain injury, severing her corpus callosum. After enduring a traumatic birth of her first child in 2005, Sally’s healing centered around understanding spiritual connection, as well as using breath to regulate the nervous system’s function in the body. She offers massage therapy, acupressure, spiritual counseling and trauma informed yoga practices to bring healing and empowerment to those who have struggled with the depression, anxiety and pain that come with traumatic life experiences.
Each year Sally travels to breath taking landscapes to teach Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda retreats. By 2022 Sally’s dream is to offer YTT and retreats in Hawaii, Iceland, and Costa Rica.
Sally’s daughters inspire her to do her best in all aspects of life. Truly, they are her greatest teachers. She is overflowing with gratitude and pure joy to be a mama to these astounding, exquisite human Beings.
